長期從事食品安全及重大突發(fā)事件控制、致病性微生物分子流行
病學(xué)、檢驗(yàn)方法研究。在單核細(xì)胞增生李斯特氏菌流行與控制、副溶
血性弧菌致病克隆的起源及溯源研究、新型金黃色葡萄球菌超級耐藥
菌溯源、沙門氏菌新克隆致病及耐藥機(jī)制方面研究取得重要進(jìn)展與突
破。發(fā)現(xiàn) 1996 年以來導(dǎo)致世界范圍大流行的副溶性弧菌高致病克隆
最初起源,研究成果被美國 FDA 確認(rèn)為國際重大發(fā)現(xiàn)。2006 年以來
以第一作者發(fā)表相關(guān)SCI 收錄論文16 篇。2006 年以來先后參與及主
持國家級自然科學(xué)基金、江蘇省自然基金、省衛(wèi)生廳科技立項(xiàng)及揚(yáng)州
市社會發(fā)展科研項(xiàng)目科研項(xiàng)目,參加“十二 五”國家科技支撐課題。
先后主持與參與 4 項(xiàng)國家食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)微生物檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及青奧會食
品安全微生物相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的修定與審核。
所參加的研究項(xiàng)目與課題獲得2017 年國家科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎二等
獎、2014 省衛(wèi)生新技術(shù)引進(jìn)獎二等獎、2013 年度教育部科學(xué)技術(shù)獎
